The online store is operated by: Adamczyk Art Studio Aleksandra Adamczyk, Chmielna 100, Warsaw, Poland (the "Seller").

These Terms define the rules of using the store, placing orders and concluding sales agreements.
The customer is obliged to read the Terms before purchase.
§2 Products
The store offers original, hand-painted artworks and posters (prints) of original works.
Each painting is unique; posters may be offered in limited quantities.
Product information (description, price, dimensions) constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.
Custom commissioned paintings are priced and arranged individually via the contact form.
A Customer ordering a custom commissioned painting may submit reference photos via the form. By submitting a photo, the Customer represents that they hold the necessary rights to it (as its author or with the permission of the rights holder, including any person depicted in it) and consents to its use by the Seller solely to prepare a quote and create the commissioned painting. The Seller is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from a Customer submitting a photo to which they did not hold the appropriate rights.
§3 Prices
Prices are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (they include all applicable taxes).
Prices do not include delivery costs, which are shown before checkout.
The price binding for the order is the price applicable at the time the order is placed.
The Seller may offer discount codes; their conditions (validity period, usage limit) are specified when the code is provided.
§4 Orders
Orders are placed by adding a product to the cart and completing payment.
The customer provides the data required to fulfil the order.
Payment is processed via Stripe.
A confirmation e-mail is sent after payment.
The contract is concluded upon successful payment.
§5 Payments and Delivery
Stripe is the payment provider. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Shipping cost depends on the size and quantity of ordered products, the chosen delivery method and the destination country.

We deliver within Poland and to European Union countries.
§6 Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days of the payment being credited.
A tracking number is provided once the parcel is dispatched.
In case of delivery delays, contacting the carrier directly may be the fastest option; regardless, you can always contact the Seller, who remains responsible for delivering the goods.
Providing an incorrect delivery address may result in additional re-shipping costs.

§7 Right of Withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal is made by an unequivocal statement — most conveniently via the return form at: adamczykartstudio.com/returns, or by e-mail to adamczyk_maluje@o2.pl.
Once the statement is submitted, the customer has 14 days to send the item back.
The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Please package the return securely.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The Seller will refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the item has been received back or proof of return shipment has been provided.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom commissioned paintings, as goods made to the consumer's specifications (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
§8 Complaints
The Seller is liable to consumers for the conformity of the goods with the contract under statutory consumer law; this liability lasts 2 years from delivery.
Complaints (e.g. transit damage, non-conformity with the description) can be submitted via the form at: adamczykartstudio.com/returns or by e-mail to adamczyk_maluje@o2.pl, including a description and — where possible — photos.
The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
In case of a justified complaint, the customer may request repair or replacement, and where that is impossible or involves excessive costs — a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
§9 Electronic Services
The Seller provides free electronic services: browsing the store, the cart, forms (order, contact, returns), the newsletter and product-availability notifications.
Using the store requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and — for some services — an active e-mail address.
Users must not supply unlawful content.
§10 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including assistance from municipal (district) consumer ombudsmen, provincial Trade Inspection inspectorates or consumer organisations.

§11 Final Provisions
These Terms apply from the date of publication.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms for valid reasons; amendments do not apply to orders placed before they enter into force.
Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein; this choice does not deprive consumers from other EU countries of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
