§1 General Provisions

  1. The online store is operated by: Adamczyk Art Studio, Aleksandra Adamczyk, Chmielna 100, Warsaw, e-mail: adamczyk_maluje@o2.pl.
  2. These Terms define rules of using the store, placing orders and concluding sales agreements.
  3. The customer is obliged to read the Terms before purchase.

§2 Products

  1. The store offers original, hand-painted artworks.
  2. Each painting is unique.
  3. Product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.

§3 Orders

  1. Orders are placed by adding a product to cart and completing payment.
  2. Customer provides required data.
  3. Payment is processed via Stripe.
  4. Confirmation email is sent after payment.
  5. Contract is concluded upon successful payment.

§4 Payments and Delivery

  1. Stripe is the payment provider.
  2. Shipping cost depends on size and quantity.
  3. Shipping cost is shown before checkout.

§5 Fulfillment and Shipping

  1. For inquiries: adamczyk_maluje@o2.pl.
  2. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
  3. Shipped via courier, cost depends on size/quantity.
  4. Tracking number is provided.
  5. In case of delivery delays, we kindly ask you to contact the courier company directly first.
  6. Incorrect address may result in additional fee.

§6 Returns and Complaints

  1. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
  2. To initiate a return, please fill out the return form available at: adamczykartstudio.com/returns within the 14-day period.
  3. Once your return request is submitted, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.
  4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  5. The item must be returned in its original condition — undamaged and securely packaged.
  6. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (card or bank account) within 14 days.
  7. If the item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us via the return form at adamczykartstudio.com/returns or directly at adamczyk_maluje@o2.pl with a description and photos of the damage.
  8. Custom commissions (paintings made to order) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are personalized products under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

§9 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms apply from publication date.
  2. The seller reserves the right to make changes.
